On Tuesday, I completed a fantastic ceiling mural using inspiration from several of Monet’s famous “Waterlilies” paintings. This beautiful piece of artwork was pain stackingly hand painted onto a 26 foot high ceiling, using a scissor lift in tight quarters. And although ceiling work is physically exerting, the results are worth it all. It is literally breathtaking. Pictures do not do this justice!

Today was day 2 on my newest project, a large ceiling mural painted 26 feet up- my version of Claude Monet’s “Water Lilies”! Already it looks fantastic. Tomorrow and next few days will really be exciting to watch the mural come to life.Aimee's version of "Monet's Water Lilies"

Yesterday we ventured on the icy roads to Missouri City, TX… down towards Houston. This project was to paint a mural for one of many Carl’s Jr restaurant locations being built in Texas. We have been blessed to have been chosen to paint all the stores and have been enjoying the road trips they take us on since 2009. 2010 was a good year, with numerous corporate and franchise locations opening. 2011 looks even more promising!
